Cashewnut Chicken

Marinade

  • 1Tb chinese cooking wine
  • 1Tb soy sauce
  • 2tsp seasame oil
  • 500g chicken

Ingredients

Method

  1. Dice chicken and marinade
  2. Defrost frozen veg
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a pot
  4. Brown chicken in wok. On the side, boil the sauce in the pot
  5. Add defrosted veg
  6. Add boiling sauce
  7. Boil for a bit then serve
