Chewy Cookies

Method

1. In a mixer or a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined. To the same bowl, add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined. Do NOT over mix. Fold in chopped chocolate.
2. Bake for 9 minutes at 180

Notes

You gotta freeze the chocolate before putting it in the cookie mix so it doesn't make the mix watery
