Chicken Pesto Pasta
Time: 15 min prep + 10 min cook

Method
- Get pasta boiling.
- Dice chicken breast. Thinly slice zucchini. Cut up asparagus.
- Add asparagus and peas in the last few minutes of boiling the pasta.
- Drain pasta saving around 1/2 cup of liquid.
- Oil in non-stick pot on high for 3-4 min to brown up chicken.
- Add zucchini and garlic to pot. Cook for around 2 min till zucchini is tender/browned. Turn off heat.
- Stir in pasta mix, pesto, spinach and some of the reserved liquid, parmesan.
