Creamy French Chicken Bake
Time: 20 min prep + 2 hrs cook

Method
- Preheat oven to 200C (higher for my useless oven). Quarter potatoes and chop up onion into wedges or slices. Slice up chicken into thick slices.
- Spread potatoes and onion in baking tray and cover with oil and chicken salt. Bake for ~30min - 1hr, till potatoes start to turn golden brown.
- Meanwhile, Cook chicken for 2-3min per side or till golden in frying pan with oil. Drain on plate with paper towel.
- Mix soup mix, thyme (to flavour), cream, mustard and 1/3 cup water in a jug/bowl.
- Add chicken, snowpeas and liquid mix into baking tray. Bake for another 30min to 1hr till cooked.
