Creamy French Chicken Bake

Time: 20 min prep + 2 hrs cook

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200C (higher for my useless oven). Quarter potatoes and chop up onion into wedges or slices. Slice up chicken into thick slices.
  2. Spread potatoes and onion in baking tray and cover with oil and chicken salt. Bake for ~30min - 1hr, till potatoes start to turn golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, Cook chicken for 2-3min per side or till golden in frying pan with oil. Drain on plate with paper towel.
  4. Mix soup mix, thyme (to flavour), cream, mustard and 1/3 cup water in a jug/bowl.
  5. Add chicken, snowpeas and liquid mix into baking tray. Bake for another 30min to 1hr till cooked.
