Creamy Sausage Pasta

Time: 10 min prep + 20 min cook

Method

  1. Cook pasta with any forzen vegies, saving 1/4 cup of the pasta water before draining.
  2. Slice up sausages and brown in oil - they should form little balls. Add garlic, chilli.
  3. Add stock and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add cream, bring to boil. Then reduce heat to medium and simmer for ~4 min.
  5. Add vegies and pasta and reserved pasta water.
