Lemon Curd
Time: 10 min prep + 5 min cook

Method
- Zest lemons
- Juice lemons
- Strain egg yolks
- Put yolks in sauce pan and whisk. While whisking add sugar and lemon juice
- Heat on low stiring constantly with whisk and wooden spoon to get the sauce pan corners. Wait till just starts to bubble and coats back of wooden spoon, then turn off.
- Remove from heat, add cubed butter and mix till melted in.
