Mushroom Soup

serves 4

Step 1

  • 2 diced onions
  • 500g mushrooms
  • 1tsp salt
  • 2Tb butter
  • 2tsp garlic paste

Step 2

  • 500g beef strips
  • 1 cup frozen veg
  • 3 cups of stock

Step 3

  • 1 cup (250ml) milk or cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Method

  1. Brown the first ingriedients
  2. Add the second lot and simmer as long as you can/want
  3. Add the milk and cream at the last minute
