Pavlova

Method
- Let eggs get to room temp, seperate egg whites.
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
- Beat egg whites till frothy and no more running whites visible.
- Slowly mix in sugar while beating.
- Add cornflour and vinegar. Beat till thickish and glossy. Rub with vingers to ensure no sugar grit.
- Pour into cake tin lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 1.5 hrs on 115 degrees. Then let cool.
- Whip up some cream, apply as topping with fruit.
