1. The order of ingredients is the order it should be added into the bread machine bowl.

Notes

This is designed for flours that do not rise as much, i.e. organic or low glutten (e.g. Wholegrain Milling Co Organic). The spices (baking powder, bicarb, salt etc) can be premixed and kept in a container in the fridge.
